1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by HM Gallerie (ABN 85 657 798 895, located in Adelaide, South Australia (the "Promoter"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 28/03/2026 and closes at 11:59 PM ACST on 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Discount codes must be redeemed before the end of the Promotion Period. Late or incomplete redemptions will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees (and their immediate family members) of HM Gallerie are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Participate

To receive a $10 discount code, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

Follow the official HM Gallerie account on Facebook (facebook.com/HMGallerie) and/or Instagram (@HMGallerie); from 1 April 2026 and

Receive or obtain a unique $10 discount code as communicated by HM Gallerie via the applicable social media platform.

Each eligible participant may receive one (1) discount code only, regardless of whether they follow HM Gallerie on both Facebook and Instagram.

5. Discount Code Conditions

The $10 discount code is subject to the following conditions:

The minimum purchase amount is $50.00 (AUD) before the discount is applied.

The discount code is valid for one (1) single use only and cannot be reused once redeemed.

The discount code is limited to one (1) per customer.

The discount code cannot be applied to applicable sale, discounted, or clearance items.

The discount code is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

The discount code has no cash value and no change will be given if the purchase amount is less than the applicable discount.

The discount code must be redeemed before the end of the Promotion Period. Expired codes will not be honoured.

HM Gallerie reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any person found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. General Conditions

HM Gallerie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

HM Gallerie is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, or issues with social media platforms that may affect participation in this promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or Instagram. Any questions or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to HM Gallerie, not to Meta Platforms, Inc.

To the extent permitted by law, HM Gallerie accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or use of the discount code.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that HM Gallerie may collect your personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with HM Gallerie’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
