Standard Delivery

We endeavour to have accurate stock levels online. All shipments are subject to availability.

Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days.

Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.

Shipping times will vary and we are unable to guarantee shipping times.

Standard Shipping: Flat Rate $14

Express Shipping: $20

*Please note that some items are NOT available for shipping, due to weight and size (Prints, Furniture, large decorative products, etc). If this is the case, the checkout will display a message stating, 'This item is unavailable for shipping, please contact the store for more information'

Shipping Policy (Click & Collect)

We offer Click + Collect from the Torrens Park store, just follow the prompts and add your details during check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

To protect you and us we will ask you to preset ID or order confirmation when collecting your order.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed as soon as possible.

• Delivery location must within the postcodes 5062, 5061 & 5063
• Minimum purchase of $50
• The product must be able to fit within a small SUV car (Large artwork, e.g. larger than 1m x 1m, will not be eligible)

Orders will be delivered with 24 hours!

Please be aware, that once your items have been delivered and left in a safe place, HM Gallerie is not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is highly recommended that you provide details of where you would like the package to be left, (there is a box in the checkout for these details). By selecting local delivery you are agreeing to these terms.
