Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
At HM Gallerie, we value our loyal customers. The HM Gallerie Circle Rewards Program (“the Program”) is our way of showing appreciation to members who shop with us in-store and online. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Operator
The HM Gallerie Circle Rewards Program is operated by HM Gallerie (ABN 85 657 798 895) located in Adelaide, South Australia (“HM Gallerie”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Membership & Eligibility
Membership in the Program is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Only one account per person is permitted.
Employees of HM Gallerie may be excluded from participation at HM Gallerie’s discretion.
By enrolling in the Program, members agree to these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.3. Earning Points
Members earn one (1) reward point for every $100.00 (AUD) spent on qualifying purchases, in-store or online.
Each reward point has a value equivalent to $1.00 (AUD) when redeemed.
Points accumulate automatically with every qualifying purchase made while the member is logged in or identified at point of sale.
Points are awarded on the net purchase amount after any discounts or promotions have been applied, and are not earned on delivery fees, gift wrapping, or other non-product charges.
Points will not be awarded on purchases made using a redeemed points discount or reward code as the payment method.4. Points Validity
Points are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the original qualifying purchase.
Points that are not redeemed within the 12-month validity period will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
It is the member’s responsibility to monitor their points balance and expiry dates.5. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed in increments of five (5) points, equivalent to $5.00 (AUD) in value per redemption increment.
In-store redemptions may be applied at the point of sale by identifying as a Circle Rewards member.
Online redemptions are made by way of a discount code issued by HM Gallerie. Online discount codes are valid for use on the HM Gallerie website only and cannot be used in-store.
A minimum spend of $20.00 (AUD) (before the discount is applied) must be reached in order to use a points-based discount code online.
Points and discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, and have no transferable monetary value.
Points cannot be transferred between accounts or to another person.
Partial redemptions are not available — points must be redeemed in full $5 increments only.6. Refunds & Adjustments
If a qualifying purchase is refunded in full or in part for any reason, the points awarded for that purchase will be manually adjusted or reversed accordingly.
Where points have already been redeemed prior to a refund, HM Gallerie reserves the right to recover the equivalent value from the refund amount.
Points adjustments will be made at HM Gallerie’s discretion and members will be notified where practicable.7. Program Modifications & Termination
HM Gallerie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Circle Rewards Program, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
HM Gallerie reserves the right to change the rate at which points are earned or redeemed, the minimum spend thresholds, or any other Program conditions, at any time.
In the event the Program is terminated, members will be given reasonable notice where practicable, and accrued points may be voided upon termination.8. Points Cancellation & Member Conduct
HM Gallerie reserves the right to decline, void, or cancel accumulated points at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where points have been obtained fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Any misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity in connection with the Program may result in immediate cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all accrued points.
HM Gallerie’s decision in relation to any points dispute or Program matter is final.9. General Conditions
The Program is available in-store at HM Gallerie, Adelaide, South Australia, and online at www.hmgallerie.com
Points have no cash value and do not constitute property of the member. Accrued points are not transferable upon death, bankruptcy, or any other circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
To the extent permitted by law, HM Gallerie accepts no liability for any loss arising from participation in, or inability to participate in, the Circle Rewards Program.10. Privacy
HM Gallerie collects and handles personal information in connection with the Circle Rewards Program in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Member information will only be used for the purposes of administering the Program, unless otherwise consented to.
